What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define the vision for Automotive licensing in North America, setting ambitious goals and crafting a roadmap to achieve them
  • Drive licensing revenue growth and manage complex sales plans with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Provide leadership for the North American automotive sales team, coaching team members to navigate complex business deals
  • Monitor industry trends and identify market opportunities to influence go-to-market strategies for automotive technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience; advanced degree(s) in business or technical disciplines are a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in technology sales, with 10+ years in the automotive industry and managing field sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, including supply chains and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends, particularly in in-vehicle entertainment and autonomous driving
  • Deep knowledge of the device licensing business and automotive industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience managing multi-year, high-value licensing agreements with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals
  • Experience in championing change and driving organizational growth
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop talent within the team
