- Drive licensing revenue growth and manage complex sales plans with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor
- Provide leadership for the North American automotive sales team, coaching team members to navigate complex business deals
- Monitor industry trends and identify market opportunities to influence go-to-market strategies for automotive technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience; advanced degree(s) in business or technical disciplines are a plus
- 15+ years of experience in technology sales, with 10+ years in the automotive industry and managing field sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, including supply chains and regulatory requirements
- Ability to anticipate industry trends, particularly in in-vehicle entertainment and autonomous driving
- Deep knowledge of the device licensing business and automotive industry
- Experience managing multi-year, high-value licensing agreements with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Proven track record of building strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals
- Experience in championing change and driving organizational growth
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop talent within the team
