Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is looking for a motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious luxury automotive brands while gaining hands-on dealership experience.

What You'll Do Maintain an organized, clean, and professional vehicle display throughout the dealership lot.

Move, park, and stage vehicles for sales, service, and customer delivery.

Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers to various locations as needed.

Check and maintain fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle presentation.

Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they meet Mercedes-Benz standards.

Assist with washing and detailing vehicles as needed.

Monitor lot conditions and report vehicle damage or facility maintenance concerns to management.

Support the sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval and lot organization.

Perform additional duties to help maintain a smooth dealership operation.

What You'll Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain active throughout the day.

Total Rewards This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $15 - $17/hour Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
