We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Witailer team, the Retex brand specialized in marketplace optimization and data analysis, as an Ecom Operations Consultant
. The Ecom Operations Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping marketplace retail channel strategies and executing solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. This includes rigorous data analysis, devising actionable insights, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to implement best practices. The role demands a candidate adept at navigating complex environments, influencing senior external stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven tools for business growth across a varied client spectrum.

Key job responsibilities

• Analyze customer data focusing on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to maximize client potential and optimize performance.
• Lead the delivery of digital retail consulting projects by effectively coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and track key metrics to measure client performances. Use these metrics as a guiding tool to discover hidden opportunities for growth.
• Support the Business Development team based on a clear understanding of our clientsof client needs to drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the European Marketplaces ecosystem
  
  Manage additional projects around Marketplaces operations, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, e-commerce, or trade marketing.
• Passion for technology startups and e-commerce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience working across multiple teams and projects to generate significant business impact.
• Ability to manage and prioritize well among competing requirements; project management skills and experience are appreciated.

  Fluent knowledge of English and Italian is required to contribute to our international culture and diverse work environment. Other European languages are a plus.

  Proven use of Excel (Pivot Tables and complex analysis), PowerPoint, and Google applications is essential. Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem and/or other marketplaces is a plus.
