- Execute sales strategies focused on AI products for transactional attorneys
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and assist in resolving escalation issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales attainment and revenue growth
- Four‑year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
- 5‑7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
- Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
- Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of sales success
- Experience with coaching sales processes and product training
- Ability to utilize financial tools for planning and forecasting
- Strong negotiation skills and effective interpersonal communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment
