- Assist in logistics for sales team activities, including weekly calls and quarterly meetings, ensuring smooth operations
- BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs)
- Previous experience in administrative project support
