Responsibilities
  • Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the Operations and Distribution teams
  • Perform Salesforce administration and automation to align with project goals and support cross-functional project design
  • Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives and partner with the Digital Marketing team
  • Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including expenses, travel booking, and calendar management
  • Assist in logistics for sales team activities, including weekly calls and quarterly meetings, ensuring smooth operations
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs)
  • Previous experience in administrative project support
