We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution Partner Operations Manager to oversee all internal communications and operational processes related to our distribution network. This role serves as the central liaison between our internal teams and external distribution partners, ensuring timely and accurate execution of product updates, pricing changes, rebate programs, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Product & Pricing Coordination
- Manage and distribute product updates, launches, and discontinuations to all relevant distribution partners.
- Coordinate pricing adjustments and ensure alignment across systems, contracts, and partner communications.
- Maintain up-to-date product catalogs and pricing sheets tailored to partner needs.
- Rebate & Incentive Program Management
- Administer rebate programs, including eligibility tracking, performance reporting, and payout coordination.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of incentive structures.
- Partner Communication & Support
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for distribution partner inquiries and operational needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve partner issues and streamline workflows.
- Ensure partners receive timely updates on policy changes, compliance requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with media team to provide partners with updated and custom media.
- Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, pricing structures, and rebate terms.
- Generate regular reports on partner performance, rebate utilization, and product movement.
- Identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Work with EDI Teams to insure proper EDI implementation and ongoing support.
- Process Optimization
- Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in partner-related operations.
- Implement tools and systems that enhance visibility and accountability across teams.
- 5 plus years of experience in partner operations, sales support, or distribution management.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, rebate structures, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and spreadsheet tools (Business Central, Excel, Smart Sheets).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with international distribution networks is a plus.
