Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 10 years of operational experience in physical production operations.

* 5 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience in building, inspiring, and leading distributed, high-performing teams.

* Track record of successfully developing and managing ambitious and operationally complicated projects.

* Track record of operational excellence, and an ability to drive operational improvements.

* Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, while building stakeholder relationships.

* Ability to motivate both direct reports and cross-functional partners towards a common goal through organizational, communication and relationship management skills.

* Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to meet with team and internal/external partners as needed.

US: $164000 - $240000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

* Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team.

* Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors.

* Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives.

* Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations.

* Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
