Position: Customer Care Service Support Coord 1

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee safety statistics, track safety training, and manage truck inventory counts.
  • Generate on‑call schedules and assist with customer surveys, following up on connected system needs.
  • Schedule customer service requests in collaboration with CRC, from initiation to completion, optimizing technician productivity and profitability.
  • Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, and manage branch and vehicle inventories.
  • Set up new customer accounts and collaborate with vendors on invoice and shipment issues.
  • Partner with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a reasonable timeframe and meets customer expectations.
  • Analyze and assess technical team performance, adjusting processes to enhance customer satisfaction cost‑effectively.
  • Create and track purchase orders, support specialist handling of parts ordering, and update special handling fields.
  • Assist in creating L&M quotations, manage RMAs, prepare return shipments, and follow up on delays.
  • Track yearly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts and maintain new vendor and subcontractor paperwork.
  • Maintain and create reports for vibration, oil, and refrigerant tracking.
  • Reconcile Customer Bill to Account information and perform periodic duties of the Customer Resource Coordinator as needed.
  • Create and close inventory trunks, manage tool and product inventories, and handle uniform ordering/tracking.
  • Perform other administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Ability to perform work independently with strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet business application usage, and strong data management capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize activities based on financial impact and business goals.
  • Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience or basic knowledge of project accounting or costing principles desirable.

  • Hourly rate: $22.12 – $34, determined by education, experience, and market data.
