Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as account manager for assigned geographic location, prioritizing group practices and IDN presence.
  • Lead and drive visible and inclusive portfolio KAM collaboration through consistent communication, follow‑up and feedback to enable impactful solutions.
  • Develop targeted, comprehensive, compliant business and account plans with diverse input from field partners.
  • Deliver mastery and execution of immunology portfolio products in key IAE initiatives to drive increased sales and market share.
  • Provide effective disease‑management and change‑management insights using clinical and economic data that benefit patients and organization goals.
  • Share tools such as clinical pathways, order sets, and flow sheets to elevate patient support and standardize care.
  • Lead and manage written and verbal communication of strategic and tactical insights on target accounts to Immunology District Managers and internal partners, creating two‑way accountability.
  • Demonstrate perseverance and resiliency to tailor and execute deliverables throughout the call continuum, enabling implementation and impact.
  • Identify local opportunities and threats, modify business plans accordingly, and partner with IAE and stakeholders to lead without authority in a complex matrix environment.
  • Drive a personal auto, company car or truck, or a powered piece of material‑handling equipment.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet safe‑driving and pre‑employment drug‑screening requirements.
