  • Assist with employee benefits renewals by gathering data, preparing proposals, and reviewing plan options.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records within agency management systems and carrier platforms.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, including spreadsheets, presentations, and benefits summaries that support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with insurance carriers to resolve issues, track outstanding items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and processes, including ACA-related requirements.
Who You Are
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused with a service-first mindset and strong follow-through.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared goals.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, processes, and insurance concepts.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career within the employee benefits industry.
What You Bring
Day One:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Valuable Additions:
  • Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, HR, or related professional services teams.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems or benefits administration platforms.
  • Exposure to ACA compliance processes or employee benefits documentation.
  • Interest in obtaining a Life & Health insurance license and pursuing a career in employee benefits.
