Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Staff Bright is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America. Based in Oakland County, MI
.This role will provide hands-on leadership, standardize safety practices across locations, and partner with plant leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture.

• Lead HSE programs and initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities throughout North America.
• Build consistent safety standards, processes, and best practices across all locations.
• Partner with plant leaders, HR, operations, and employees to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Conduct site audits, investigations, training, risk assessments, and safety program reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of HSE Specialists supporting manufacturing operations.
• Partner with global HSE teams to align North American operations with company standards and best practices.
• Support OSHA compliance and applicable safety requirements across the organization.
• Travel up to 25%-30% between manufacturing facilities to provide hands-on support and leadership.

• 7+ years of progressive HSE/EHS leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities or locations.
• Experience developing and improving safety programs, processes, and culture.
• Hands-on experience with safety audits, investigations, training, and program development.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements; experience with Canadian and Mexican regulations is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and communicate safety data.
