Hurawalhi Maldives is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Reservations Agent
.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort. A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. • Handles daily correspondence and responds to reservations inquiries and bookings
• Processes reservations, cancellations and modifications in the property management system
• Knows the types of rooms available as well as their location and layout, transportation options and has available accurate information regarding flight schedules etc.
• Displays product knowledge with accuracy and confidence
• Fluency in written and spoken English [additional language will be an added advantage]
• Strong knowledge of Opera
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the role.
• Luxury resort experience required.
