Gpac is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role is key to our project lifecycle, focusing on providing accurate cost projections, analyzing blueprints, and preparing competitive bids.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in construction estimating, proficiency in estimating software, and excellent communication skills to present budgets to clients. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits.
