• The Superintendent (High-Rise) will oversee large-scale high-rise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout project execution.
• Lead and supervise self-performing trades teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide leadership in resolving construction challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

• Plan, organize, and oversee high-rise construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor construction progress and address any deviations from plans promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate effective communication among project participants to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their performance and development.

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing high-rise construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to project demands.
