As a Field Superintendent, you’ll be our boots on the ground for assigned commercial roofing projects. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and subcontracted roofing crews to make sure each roof is installed safely, correctly, productively, and according to plan
.

This is an on-the-road position with regular travel to active commercial roofing projects throughout our service area.

• Own field execution of your projects
  , from preconstruction site verification through final inspection and punch-list completion.
• Lead and coordinate roofing crews in the field
  , making sure everyone understands the scope, details, sequencing, and production expectations.
• Drive quality and productivity
  , inspecting work as it happens, identifying deficiencies early, and removing obstacles that could slow the project down.
• Own jobsite safety
  , enforcing company and project requirements and making sure unsafe conditions are corrected immediately.
• Stay ahead of field conditions
  , anticipating material, equipment, weather, access, scheduling, and site issues before they disrupt production.
• Be the connection between the field and office
  , keeping the Project Manager informed about progress, changes, delays, material needs, and issues requiring attention.

• Commercial roofing or commercial construction field experience
• Experience leading crews, subcontractors, or field operations
• A strong understanding of how construction projects actually come together in the field
• The ability to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, details, and scopes of work
• A strong eye for workmanship and the confidence to require work to be corrected when it doesn’t meet expectations
• Working knowledge of construction safety practices, including fall protection and jobsite safety requirements
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills—you’re looking ahead instead of waiting for the next problem
• Clear, professional communication with crews, Project Managers, general contractors, customers, and other trades
• The ability and willingness to travel regularly to active jobsites
• Commercial roofing experience is strongly preferred

Pay: $50,000–$80,000 per year
