We're looking for someone with 4+ years of design experience who can work independently and mentor junior team members.
The role of a Senior Digital Designer is to collaborate with the Merithot team and play a critical role in designing and creating quality marketing websites, eCommerce websites, web-based applications, digital graphics, and print materials for our clients. While this role will have many opportunities for growth and new experiences, these are the skills we think are important:
- Experience designing quality, intuitive websites, graphics and print materials
- Collaborating and delivering comprehensive prototypes, design systems, style guides and clear technical requirements to a project manager and/or development team
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, the Google Workspace Suite
- Familiar and experienced with use of Word Press and other CMS tools
- Comfortable writing basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with responsive/mobile-first design
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Well organized, with a growth mindset
- Experience with web animation or motion design
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and site performance optimization
- Video editing or basic motion graphics skills
- Interested in expanding your UX/UI skills
- Experience with , Slack
