3rd Shift Support Technician

We have multiple IMMEDIATE NEEDS for our client in Ann Arbor! Note, after training is completed you have the eligibility to work remotely! If you love IT, are looking for that next move in your IT career or just to get started consider this opening!

In this role, you will be supporting thousands of customers nationwide via phone with detailed process, run prewritten scripts/automation, and complete validation test transactions to confirm success. Any networking issues will be escalated to the proper team.

• Lead customers through step-by-step instructions over the phone
• Execute documented procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Validate successful transactions with test orders and confirm customer readiness
• Document outcomes and escalation exceptions when needed

• Professional IT support experience (Internship, Help Desk, Desktop Support, etc.)
• Strong communication & customer service
• Proven ability to follow detailed documentation/processes precisely and have a high attention to detail

Shift is 5 days a week, overnight. Start and end times vary based on the two different shifts. Remote after training after 6 weeks! Some shifts are Sunday - Thursday, while the others are Tuesday - Saturday.

This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
