Daily main duties entail but not limited to:
- Fielding incoming and outgoing calls
- Answer inbound calls to schedule new customers
- Make outgoing calls
- Assist in dispatch
- Assist the Office Manager
- Providing assistance to Plumbers/Helpers etc.
- Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies
- Assist with Data Entry, Billing & Filing
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
- Good keyboarding skills
- Has worked in a fast paced environment and has excellent attention to detail
- Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Potential Daily Bonuses of $150-$300.00
