Billing Associate - Load

Job Summary

Avfuel Corporation provides the global aviation industry fuel and services through its network of branded dealers and international locations.

Avfuel is seeking a Billing/Customer Service Associate.

• Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements.
• Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues.
• Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate issues and concerns with manager and sales staff.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
• The hours for this position are 8a.m. – 5p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years Accounting/billing/bookkeeping or comparable experience a plus.
• 2+ years customer service experience.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
