To nurture a thriving community of families, the full-time remote Customer Happiness Manager will manage relationships, lead a customer support team, and engage with families through creative initiatives while overseeing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with families to resolve inquiries and foster brand loyalty
- Recruit, train, and manage a customer support team member for effective operations
- Engage the community through proactive initiatives like tailored newsletters and family outreach
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, support, account management, or marketing
- Exceptional empathy and communication skills with a proven ability to build long-term relationships
- Proactive in transforming customer insights into operational improvements
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability to deadlines
- Experience in the NYC parenting or education market is highly preferred
