What You'll Do
- Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check‑in and checkout process.
- Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, following up, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
- Help customers set up new devices and advise whether to repair or replace old devices.
- Monitor service queues and give accurate status updates to customers.
- Maintain knowledge and skill sets through certified training courses.
- Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
- Minimum of 3 months experience working in retail or customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
- Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast‑paced industry.
