Arbor Hills Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client‑facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare‑related front‑desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in multitasking, client‑focused, attention to detail, highly organized, team player
- Compensation: $18-23 per hour, for each hour worked

Full‑time position, 4–10s schedule, available Monday‑Friday. No weekends.
