Full Time Staff – Ann Arbor, MI, US

Beacon Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, resident retention, and administrative duties at Valley Ranch Apartments. The role includes managing applications, renewals, outreach, reporting, and resident relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and show apartments.
• Oversee and process applications and lease renewals.
• Conduct marketing surveys and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist in creating newsletters, market surveys, resident activities; attend assigned resident activities.
• Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation.
• Process renewal letters; maintain monthly renewal log and billing of all accounts.
• Organize and maintain resident files per company procedure.
• Monitor service requests, ensuring callbacks are completed.
• Perform floating duties as assigned.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up per Property instructions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in leasing, sales and customer service preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate. Residential property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
• Full‑time hours Monday – Friday, with occasional mandatory weekend work.
