Overview

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to the appropriate business partner for consultative conversations. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their needs and guiding them to meet their financial goals.
- Provide follow-up to customer questions and address issues promptly.
- Be responsive and timely with correspondence to keep lines of communication open and clear.
- Maintain customer information confidentiality and uphold the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Act with integrity to ensure a positive customer experience and comply with policies.
- Operations
- Perform daily office responsibilities and collaborate with the platform team to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain balancing records in line with policy; identify outages and enlist help as needed.
- Keep knowledge of bank policies and procedures current and apply changes as required.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally; escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
- Referrals
- Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers and business partners for consultative discussions.
- Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
- Use appropriate tools for referrals and tracking purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with extensive cash handling.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public; comply with dress code guidelines.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
- Align with the company’s core values and work as one bank; demonstrate accountability, respect, inclusivity, and integrity.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Normal office environment.
