Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for daily tasks related to customer accounts and Account Manager needs. They communicate and coordinate with suppliers and Account Managers, providing quality customer service.

Process customer orders, respond to customer communications, analyze customer needs, and work with suppliers to identify product solutions.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience in customer service, B2B sales, and the industrial field is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in customer service or inside sales
• Experience in cutting tools, abrasives, and MRO areas preferred
• Experience with Microsoft office suite required
