Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is seeking a Reservations Agent to educate and entice callers into booking a reservation while matching the caller’s needs to the most suitable accommodations. The role aims to maximize sales in rooms, golf, spa, and on-site restaurants, while promoting goodwill and a positive image for the resort over the phone.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, familiarity with the Traverse City area, and strong computer and telephone skills.
