A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is looking for a customer service representative. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detailed-oriented.
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service RepresentativeAnswer incoming calls, emails, and web chats, and collaborate with customers and employees to resolve issues.
Enter, process, and manage customer orders accurately within the system.
Generate necessary paperwork and scan documents for secure digital storage.
Assist with general office and administrative functions as needed.
- 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Quickbooks preferred
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- $20-242.00 hourly
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
