We are able to provide a unique growth opportunity in the dental field with our exclusive 1 year long Bright Side Dental Communications Training Program.

On this program, you will start in our Communications Center. Here you will learn sales and communication skills from top trainers in the field. With these skills you will help educate our patients on the importance of keeping up with their oral health.

Once you’ve mastered this area, you will move up to our New Patient Department. Here you will be taught the high demand skill of how to convert patient leads into appointments with advanced sales and communication training. Our team is one of the best in the country with a new patient conversion rate of no lower than 90% each week.

Once you’ve mastered this area, you will be offered a position in one of our dental practices and will learn all the positions, one at a time, until you’ve mastered each.

From here, you will continue to receive mentor-ship and help to create your own personal career path within the company.

Duties:

  • Receiving inbound calls from new and existing patients
  • Properly scheduling patients
  • Answering basic questions regarding dental procedures and office policies
  • Communicating important information to the proper individual/practice-Looking into accounts and/or charts to gather knowledge on the patient
  • Answering Live Chats and emails using proper spelling and grammar

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • Upbeat personality
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Personable & professional phone demeanor
  • Reliable
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Adequate keyboard skills
  • Customer Service or Dental Office experience preferred
