Thrive Dentistry is seeking a dependable, certified Registered Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be experienced in chairside assisting, possess strong communication skills, and hold necessary certifications including radiology and CPR. As a key member of our team, you will support dentists during procedures, maintain dental equipment and supplies, and help ensure a smooth, professional patient experience.

• $28 - $30 per hour

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Radiology Certification (Michigan X-Ray Certification required).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
• Strong chairside assisting skills and experience.

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.
• Take and develop dental radiographs following safety protocols.
• Maintain dental equipment and manage inventory of supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing comfort.
• Document patient treatment and maintain accurate records.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure a clean clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to promote efficient office workflow and excellent patient care.
