We are looking for experienced dental assistants.

Position Description

Summary:

Responsible for helping the dentists and hygienists with dental procedures and making the patients experience a comfortable one.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Assists dentists and hygienists with procedures
• Sets up treatment rooms
• Dental charting
• Dental x-rays
• Dental photos and scans
• Maintains a safe work environment and operates within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.

Education/Experience

• One to two years experience in dental assisting preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures (or will train)
• Ability to maintain attention to detail
• An independent worker; ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Above average customer service skills

Hours:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to start. Will lead into a full time position.
