May 4th, 2026 - May 22nd, 2026 Reporting Relationship: AP Testing Coordinator / Lead AP Testing Proctor Compensation: $21.52/Hour

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The following is a list of qualifications for the position, any one of which may be waived by the Board in exercising its prerogative to determine qualifications.

Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students who have academic difficulties desired.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and the public
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and secure AP testing materials in accordance with College Board and district guidelines
  • Assist with student check-in and room supervision
  • Monitor testing environments to ensure adherence to testing protocols and maintain test security
  • Provide basic assistance to students during testing, as permitted by testing guidelines
  • Utilize a web browser to access testing platforms and complete basic online tasks related to testing administration
  • Follow all training and procedures provided for AP test administration

Training will be provided on all specific testing procedures and systems.

LANGUAGE

SKILLS:
  • Read, write and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff, parents, students, and administrators
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
MATHEMATICAL

SKILLS:

Add, subtract, and multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY:
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
OTHER

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Work with parents and children of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Develop effective working relationships with students, staff, and the school community
  • Perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies
