SCHEDULE:

June 22, 2026, - August 7, 2026 - Part Time, Afternoons Tuesday and Thursday

SALARY: $15.15 - $17.02 per hour based on experience

Watch Kids' Zone campers while in the pool at Aqua-tots

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or another nationally recognized lifeguard certification.
• Must be responsible, respectful, alert, and mature.

• Interact positively with children ages (5 years old and up)
• Communicate respectfully with students' parents and Kids' Zone program staff.
• Attend initial water-safety orientation and subsequent in-service trainings.
• Enforce pool rules and responsibilities, identify potential accidents or hazards, and ensure the safety and welfare of swimmers.
• Respond quickly, intelligently, decisively and in accordance with established emergency and accident management procedures.
• Administer First-AID/CPR/AED when needed
• Communicate effectively with the Kids' Zone and Aqua tots team.
• Be responsive to the instructions and directions of the r, Kids' Zone Coordinator, Kids' Zone staff and other appropriate school administrators.
• Present a professional image and provide a positive role model in terms of personal habits, language, and conduct.
