The Students Pastor will lead the direction and momentum of student ministries on campus, aligning with the central student strategy while fostering creativity in contextual expressions. The role also supports students transitioning from school to career. It requires a “Do whatever it takes” mentality, a devotion to learning, and a willingness to contribute to the broader vision of 2|42 Students across a multi‑site context.
- Responsibilities include: Oversee all aspects of Student Ministry including Small Groups, First Impressions, Events / Camps, Big Vision, Programming/Production, Discussion Groups.
- Provide direction and oversight for all student services and teams.
- Raise the bar of excellence and expectations of programming and events through consistent vision casting, direct challenge, and personal care.
- Act as a “Leader of Leaders,” capable of significant recruitment and motivating others to help more students take next steps with God.
