Work Schedules

Regular work schedules are Monday through Friday: 7:45‑4:45, 8:00‑5:00, 8:15‑5:15 or 11:00‑5:15.

We also have a 3/10 option available – three days/week @ 10 hours/day. This is a benefit eligible position!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
  • Organize and participate in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
Requirements
  • CDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with preschool‑aged children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
