The University of Michigan's Department of Political Scienceinvites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistantprofessor level. We seek a scholar who studies either China or the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and are particularlyinterested in candidates who approach either of these geographicareas from a broader comparative politics or international relations perspective.
This position is at the assistant professor rank and is auniversity year appointment. It is anticipated to begin August 25,2027. Promise of excellence in research and teaching is required.
