Position: School Based BCBA, Up to $60/hr, '26-'27 School Year

School Based BCBA

School Based BCBA responsible for delivering behavior analytic services to students in a school setting during the academic year. The role supports individualized behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and parents to improve student outcomes. Compensation up to $60 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
Provide direct supervision and training to BCaPs, paraprofessionals, and school staff.
Monitor student progress and adjust plans based on data-driven outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to integrate strategies into the classroom.
Deliver training workshops for school personnel on behavior analytic principles.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support student academic and behavioral goals.
