Right At School provides local school districts with before‑ and after‑school extended day programs that focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Pay rate: $15.00–$18.00 (based on education and experience). Program hours:
Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑8:40 am and 3:40 pm‑6:00 pm.

• Daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, and discuss professional progress.
• Organizing and facilitating daily activities, preparing curriculum that aligns with program objectives, and leading structured daily fitness and learning activities.
• Leading by example: maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritizing safety and joy: monitoring the environment, addressing hazards, and following all safety protocols, including documentation of attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Must meet state‑specific requirements.
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR in‑person certification.
• Must have cleared tuberculosis testing.
• Must provide proof of MMR vaccination.
• Must be 19+ years of age.
• Must hold a valid High School diploma or GED.
