The Ann Arbor YMCA is seeking full-time Early Preschool Assistant Teachers for its Child Development Center. The selected candidates will guide children aged 21 ½ to 3 ½ years through a developmentally appropriate curriculum and mentor new staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a child care setting. This role emphasizes communication skills and the ability to respond to the needs of children and families.
Salary ranges from $15.84 to $17.82 per hour based on experience.
