RWDY Inc is seeking a Lease Operator I in Midland, TX to ensure safe and efficient operations of wells, processing units and related facilities. You will monitor and maintain equipment, run startup/shutdown procedures and coordinate with field teams to optimize performance.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 5–10 years of experience, and ability to work rotating shifts and be on-call. Proficiency with SCBA and safety procedures is required, as is physical ability to lift and operate
