Engineering Technical Recruiter at Blue Chip TalentKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of control hardware systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Learn and apply AutoCAD Electrical for creating electrical schematics
- Interpret and review engineering drawings and CAD annotations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to hardware designs
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates
- Visit local customer and supplier sites as needed
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-4 years of relevant experience or training in a technical environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and industrial control circuits
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems and general software applications
- Exposure to or interest in AutoCAD Electrical or other 2D CAD tools
- Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances
- Knowledge of industrial components and control systems
- Awareness of manufacturing environments and related PPE requirements
