Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of control hardware systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
• Learn and apply AutoCAD Electrical for creating electrical schematics
• Interpret and review engineering drawings and CAD annotations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to hardware designs
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates
• Visit local customer and supplier sites as needed

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-4 years of relevant experience or training in a technical environment
• Basic knowledge of electrical principles and industrial control circuits
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and general software applications
• Exposure to or interest in AutoCAD Electrical or other 2D CAD tools
• Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances
• Knowledge of industrial components and control systems
• Awareness of manufacturing environments and related PPE requirements
