Educational

Qualification:

BE/Btech/Diploma(Electronics/Intru/telecommunication)
Required Experience: 5 to 7 years

Release to Production – New Product / ECN

• Coordinate release of new products and engineering change notes (ECN) into production.

• Ensure complete documentation, BOMs, part lists, master samples, and ERP test groups are received and maintained.

PCB Assembly – SMT

• Handle Pick & Place data, Laser Artwork, and sign-off drawings.

• Program and set up Printer, Pick & Place, and Reflow machines with validation and verification.

• Develop and optimize 3D AOI programming for accuracy and quality.

MI / WSM

• Manage Pre-wave AOI programming, setup, and fine-tuning.

• Execute WSM profile settings with verification and validation.

• Program and validate Post-wave 2D AOI machines for inspection quality.

Laser Printing

• Program Laser machines, manage fixture setup, and ensure accurate printing aligned with drawings.

Robotic Soldering

• Program robotic soldering machines, handle fixture setup, and validate soldering processes.

Team Management & Safety

• Manage team members in PCB assembly and related sections.

• Ensure zero accidents in the workplace and maintain compliance with safety guidelines.

• Promote multi-skilling and resource planning for critical operations.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Provide CAPA for in-process, FQC, and customer complaints.

• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings with stakeholders.

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvements in production.

6S & Documentation

• Maintain 100% documentation accuracy and completeness.

• Achieve and sustain 6S targets for respective sections.
