💵$150k (flex on experience)
We've been retained with an aerospace engineering scale-up who focus on advanced R&D and morphing structures. They've recently won government projects, working on wing designs and airframe structures of new aircraft.
They're looking for an Aerostructures Manager who will act as a technical leader for structural analysis and aerostructures design. The company will be scaling by 70 employees over the next 18 months and has big plans for this position.
Responsibilities- Lead structural analysis methodology
- Guide engineers on best practices for aircraft structures
- Support clean-sheet aircraft development through testing and certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in aircraft structural design and analysis.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft wing structural analysis.
- High company growth
- Company on track to 3x revenue this year
