This position is responsible for investigating, planning, and implementing complex improvements in and/or additions to current products and manufacturing processes that directly affect safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and productivity. Involved with leading projects requiring engineering team effort or a multidiscipline team effort.
Requires a four-year college degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and a minimum of six years of experience within a engineering environment or a Master’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in an engineering environment. Intermediate computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office. Experience in medical device industry preferred.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $94,760.00 to $. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
