• As a customer contact, responsible for FCE 0km claim handling, problem analysis, and constructing reports.
• Obtain precise information for quality improvement in cooperation with manufacturing process and R&D teams.
• Recognize actual situations and how to use our products through customer evaluation or market information to sustain and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform fault analysis of suspected units using FTA and/or other quality tools to define the root cause and implement countermeasures.
• Engage in cross‑functional teamwork and quick problem solving.
• Collect 4M change information and submit change requests.
• Conduct market analysis to judge applicability.
• Support the Saitama R&D office as part of the global team, communicating with customers and collaborating with Program Management, R&D, and Production Planning.

Customer Plant Quality Manager (Japanese)

• Education Level: Bachelor and above
• English:
  Email communication proficiency
• Japanese:
  Fluent (N1) or Native
• Driver's license

• Must: Minimum 5 years working experience in quality at an Automotive Tier‑1 supplier.
• Must: Minimum 3 years working experience as a customer interface.
• Nice to have: Extensive knowledge of electric components/module components and related technology, industry trends.
• Nice to have: Knowledge & experience of ISO
  9001 / IATF
  16949 / PPAP.
• Nice to have: 4M change management experience.
