SI Engineering Manager - SerDes & System Validation

Piper Companies is looking for an SI Engineering Manager focused on system-level Ser Des bring-up for high-speed cable and backplane designs. This full-time role will require extensive travel and collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure successful factory execution. Responsibilities include leading Ser Des validation, defining test procedures, and providing technical leadership. Ideal candidates will have strong Signal Integrity expertise and a background in large hardware systems.

Competitive salary range is $150,000 - $180,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
