Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects?
We are seeking a Principal EPC Project Manager to lead the planning, development, execution, and commissioning of complex utility-scale renewable energy projects valued at over $100 million
.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving projects from concept through commercial operation while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder relationships, engineering coordination, procurement activities, construction execution, and commissioning efforts.
What You’ll Do- Lead utility-scale renewable energy projects through the full project lifecycle
- Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) execution strategies
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers
- Coordinate internal teams, engineering firms, consultants, contractors, landowners, and government agencies
- Drive project performance against cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
- Present project updates and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage multiple projects concurrently at varying stages of development and construction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices
- 10+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, utilities, power generation, transmission, substations, or large infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
