About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer‑facing engineering projects from order through customer acceptance. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination across customers, engineering, sales, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in alignment with technical requirements.

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, sales, purchasing, production, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support proposal and estimating activities by defining milestones, clarifying requirements, identifying scope and risk, and partnering with engineering teams to develop material and labor estimates.
  • Work with customers and sales engineers to confirm technical scope, project requirements, and special deliverables for customer proposals.
  • Maintain accurate project, estimate, specification, and change documentation in the appropriate systems and archives.
  • Travel periodically to customer sites to support project execution, review progress, and strengthen customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a technically strong project leader who enjoys working directly with customers, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and bringing complex engineering solutions to life. You should be comfortable balancing technical requirements, business priorities, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.

  • Strong technical foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering concepts, data acquisition systems, electronics, instrumentation, and test system design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving customers, internal technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, schedule constraints, budget expectations, and technical deliverables.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and follow‑through skills.
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of project outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
