The Project Manager leads project teams in the planning, design, execution, and commissioning of the company’s utility‑scale renewable energy facilities. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners.

• Lead and manage complex, multi‑year renewable energy projects valued at over USD 100 million.
• Prepare project charter documents, project management plans, scoping documents, risk registers, and other deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise and lead project team meetings to coordinate, update, and hold team members accountable.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasts, ensuring financial and commercial success.
• Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution.
• Collaborate with functional areas to develop project tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate effective communications with NSCE and third parties, including private and governmental entities and host landowners.
• Develop project execution plans for various complex project types and business arrangements (e.g., EPC, BOT).
  Provide presentations for the NSCE leadership team.
• Lead ethical conduct in alignment with the NSCE Code of Conduct.
• Develop and track performance metrics for each project.
• Recommend process improvements and new standards to enhance performance.
• Weekly per diem of USD 550 a week will be allowed.

• Familiarity and experience with renewable energy (wind, solar, batteries, etc.).
• Strong project management, prioritisation, and deadline‑meeting skills.
• Exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including facilitation and negotiation.
• Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with non‑technical clients.
• Experience leading complex projects with large stakeholders.
• Proven risk identification and management.
• Effective reporting of project status to senior leadership.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with SAP and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Will travel routinely to project sites and work a flexible schedule.

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of experience in applied engineering or equivalent project‑management work.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Ability to climb stairs, frequent walking, sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, move, or carry items up to 35 pounds.
• Good vision, colour perception, depth perception, and focus; remain alert throughout the workday.
• Regular use of computers and related technology.
• Exposure to atmospheric conditions such as dust, fumes, odors, gases, and airborne particles.
• Work in high‑noise areas, confined spaces, elevated locations, extreme internal or external temperatures, and exposure to mechanical, electrical, thermal, chemical, and high/low‑pressure steam hazards, and high electrical voltage.
