Network Engineer

Job Overview

Hybrid role in Ann Arbor, MI – must already reside in Michigan. A client is looking to bring in a mid-level Network Engineer to join their team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role starts as contract with intention to hire full time after six months.

• Assist with a Fortinet firewall refresh.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations within the networking environment.
• Support and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network assets.
• Collaborate with a small IT team to maintain a multi‑site network across airports in the U.S.

• Experience in network engineering, firewall management, router, and switch administration.
• Knowledge of network security and Fortinet technologies.
• Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Contract to hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Fully onsite.

• Pay range: $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
