Private Development Engineer II
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (salary will be commensurate with experience)

Role SummaryAssignments require evaluation, selection, and application of standard civil engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in order to make minor adaptations and modifications to, or review, existing plans or specifications. Assignments have clear and specific objectives. Performance at this level requires developmental experience in professional civil engineering.
Essential Duties- Performs plan reviews and facilitates construction projects for Private Development projects. Reviews construction plans, reports, and coordinates the work of consultants and contractors. Interacts with the public, consultants, and contractors.
- Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
- Valid driver's license.
